The National Juvenile Justice Network offers its second edition of Advances in Juvenile Justice Reform. Many entries in this booklet represent just a sampling of the reforms that have taken place in 2006 and 2007. Once again, we have included legislation that has been enacted, outcomes of legal challenges to existing conditions, and significant administrative and regulatory changes.
