  • The Probation and Parole Project team at the Justice Lab at Columbia University is hiring a Senior Staff Associate to manage the team’s work in multiple sites, helping to structure rapid response and more intensive engagements aimed at making supervision smaller, less punitive, and more equitable, while creating new community leadership capacity for individuals and families impacted by supervision.
