Federal Action Alert on COVID-19

We must make sure that justice-involved youth are not overlooked in the next federal stimulus bill – they have not been included in any of the four bills that have passed. Join us in calling on state and federal legislators to commit $100 million in emergency funds to make sure that young people are safely released from detention with essential supports, including Medicaid, whenever possible, and to offer digital resources and services to those who remain in confinement. Please take the following actions:

1)     Join from your personal and professional accounts by using and sharing Act4JJ's 2-minute Action Alert here.

2)     Adapt this letter for use by your organization and send it to your Members of Congress.

National Sign-on Letters and Comments
